Hi love!! I have OCD and I struggle with always worrying about if the doors are locked or closed and unplugging things so I started taking pictures of the closed doors and unplugged things etc. and it helps so much because if I ever am overthinking I just look at the pictures which proves I closed the doors or whatever it is!!
