A Spiritual Treasure Chest Guided Meditation - Awakening the Third Eye

absolutely amazing, second time doing this meditation - I had 4 treasure chests - the first one opened and I saw a cat, which told me "to listen to the lynx, it's here to guide you" so will research the spiritual relevance of the lynx later on, the second one opened and I had a crown, I got the vibe I need to take control, the third one had a present, which I unwrapped and they were one of my oracle card sets, telling me to listen to their messages and trust more, and the last one I opened was a scroll, when I unravelled it, my whole vision went white and my 'third eye' began to vibrate, I heard the words "you are safe, you are protected, you are on the right path" which was really comforting, before I knew it Jason was calling me back! absolutely lovely, feel like I really gained something out of it!

Beautiful! The rooms were so gorgeous and soothing. The first box contained a small crystal sphere that fit perfectly in my palm, cool and heavy. the second box contained hundreds of golden butterflies that flew out and we're absorbed by me. I'll have to think on what these gifts mean.

My awakening took a different path. I found my inner self.. I felt as if my spirit was being lifted.. I am at peace. When I opened my first chest I saw flashbacks, of me and my father who had past, I also saw children a boy and a girl and my future wife. I saw my first love who recently took her own life. She wanted me to come with her and our spirits can be together forever. I honestly felt if I tried hard enough it could have happened, I cant describe it I just felt it. It was at that monent I knew that one of the greatest gifts in this world is Time, and to cherish the time we have to spend with those we love and everything we love. I honestly know now why the ancients meditated to find their spiritual polarity to ascend into a higher plane of existence. I believe this now. I felt it.

Amazing! First box was a red heart, 2nd was two doves which flew out then landed on my shoulder and told me they were my guardians and the third was a statue of 'The Thinker' but in white and smaller. Such a peaceful experience

Also, when you mentioned the tree I started crying because I love trees so much.. I found this video a few months back and now I have finally had the opportunity to listen to it now. Here is what I found in my treasure chests: a small, golden trumpet, a teardrop-shaped piece of moonstone with a little part of it cut off, a group of of pages, ancient to the touch in a language that my mind perceived it as Gaelic, and in the last chest was a skull, but not a human skull a skull of 'ancestors' past', but I saw it as around Neanderthal-shaped.

This was better than expected. The first chest was completely empty, I felt confusion then relief, I don't need material possessions. The second was a small chest, with a single gold coin, I knew I could leave it in there but I didn't understand why it was in there, so I picked it up and put it in my pocket, that's when I left and slowly came back. I'll be doing this meditation until I understand it all!

Hello Jason thank you for this amazing meditation. I opened 4 chests. The first contained a large lavender heart shaped stone on a ribbon; I placed this around my neck. I then sat in the grass and felt the weight and coolness of the stone, it made me feel completely happy, the likes of which never felt in the physical world. I then stood up and opened the second which contained a red and gold trimmed chalice, I know this was to tell me that life is only how you see things and it started to fill with cool pure water, I then took a sip. The third and fourth items seemed to appear automatically. I was adorned with a dark blue velvet cape which instantly made me feel comfortable safe and warm. The last appeared in my hand as a small round green stone such as jade. This is a reminder to me to stay full of love. I now feel calm and safe and loved. Love and Peace to you.

My first chest had a baby doll. I picked her up and spun around the sapphire dome and smiled. I started crying when I realized it was my baby and I was showing her such a beautiful place. The first chest I opened was a white ball of light that I put in my chest (my body's chest). The second chest I opened was the biggest one and it had a black demon in it with sharp teeth. I knew it couldn't hurt me so I used the light in my chest to transform the demon into light itself. The third chest I opened was the smallest one in the room and it had my grandma's spirit in it and I put it on my shoulder like a parrot. The last chest I got to open had glowing green money in it and I reached for it really fast and then stopped myself because I knew I was getting greedy. I took a deep breath and then gently picked up the money and put it in my chest. This was a cool meditation!

Really interesting, thought-provoking meditation. Surprisingly, I was strangely excited and energized throughout the whole experience, feeling something like a "second heart" beating quickly, yet subtly, in my head. In the first chest, I saw more gems - mostly green and red. It felt disappointing at first - I quickly deduced that these gems are actually keys to another secret chests placed in another secret rooms. I was overwhelmed by the thought of "having" to explore other rooms to gain desired knowledge - but then I looked again at these gems, really noticing how beautiful and shining they are - and I suddenly discovered, that the other rooms and chests inside them render almost infinite possibilities. I embraced that beautiful thought, and slowly went to the second pedestal. I tried to really clean my mind of the expectations - and I think I made it - since I found a surprising, toga-like robe in the second chest. At first, it was white - but it quickly changed into green, with gilded ornaments around the sleeves, and the hood. I felt that it had ritual qualities to it. The third chest contained a crown of thorns. It undoubtedly was connected to a Christian symbolism. At first I was kinda scared, since I thought that it might have symbolized upcoming pain and hardships. But now I'm not sure what did it mean. It also could have been a symbol of my strength and perseverance - meaning, that despite seemingly unbearable problems, I will be able to overcome my past/current hardships, and to succeed?

This was very relaxing, by the time we got to the chest I was in a very deep meditation. In my first chest, when I opened it, there was nothing, reminding me not to be greedy, then then second, there was a blue/indigo light swirling me and I felt peace and calmness, then I opened the third, there was a bright white light and it went to my third eye and I suddenly felt stronger and relaxed I enjoyed this sensation so much thank you !! :)

The first chest I opened was wooden and gilded with a deep yellow gold. I found a white light that expanded and touched my very skin, not changing my skins color, but seeping deep into my pores and disappearing beneath my skin. I felt it was something to set me apart from everyone else. Like a mark, or an internal flame. The second chest held a magnifying glass that looked like the magic mirror from The Beauty and the Beast, only it was made with a light blue glass. Through the magnifying glass, I saw beyond the dark walls of the room. On the other side of the wall, a galaxy was painted in the sky, and the room seemed to be floating somewhere in the universe. There weren't any planets or nearby stars. Everything was distant. I assume the magnifying glass stood for some kind of clairvoyance or ability to see beyond. In the third chest; a glowing ball of warmth that consumed the temperature of my body and made everything feel warm. I'm not sure how to interpret these images, but the experience was definitely eye opening, and I felt like I could feel the pulse in between my eyebrows.

That was the best meditation I have taken part in. I opened two chests. One was small and the other slightly bigger. They both contained a light. On like was like that of a warm fire which somehow I knew represented courage and it absorbed into me chest. And the slightly larger chest contained of a soft light blue light which sank into my palms and ran through my veins giving me a tingling sensation. It seemed to resemble love. Thank you for this wonderful meditation. :) Edit: To clarify, I am deeply unsure of the light's meanings. Those were my thoughts on what they could mean. But I could be wrong.

Thank you Jason, it was a wonderful experience. I still don’t understand the meaning of the find on my first chest. When I opened it it rushed out a light blue light/steam and became like a light blue glass tree , similar to one you described during the meditation. Then this tree enclosed me all in. The second chest had my two eagles , light gray, that came and sat on each shoulder, spiritual guides. The third one had a pink heart that wrote love, then became like a soft reddish lava and came into my body. At the end I was like sandwiched with the tree and pink color and two eagles on each shoulder.

WOW Jason, your guided meditations are så powerful! I´m so happy to have found you and your wonderful channel. This is the perfect meditation for me. :) In the first chest I found some pen and paper, and my interpretation of this was that I should go back to my writing. In the second chest I found a glowing egg which represented creativity. The third chest was I bit sad because it contained my dog´s collar. I had a big black and very much loved dog who passed on September 20 at the age of 14. Even though I´m fully aware that he had a long life his death took me hard, not only beacuse I miss him, but also because I have a hard tima accepting the passing of time and how it changes everything. I want to think that his collar in the chest meant that I should accept time and the changes as they are with less sadness in my heart.

wow. the first chest had a radiant white light that felt warm and loving and made me feel happy. the second chest i opened had a beautiful red light and felt confidence and no longer scared. after i opened the second chest, i then heard the sea and i walked away from the chests and saw the sea in the room. i sat down and dipped my feet into the sea and suddenly felt this warm, amazing sensation filled my body as if the sea was giving me it's energy. i then pushed myself into the sea and fully submerged till i could feel all of it's energy all around me. i couldn't help but smile when this happened. what do you think this means? why would the sea coming into my vision?

I opened 3 chests. In the first chest there was white light and in it I found a small white bone, a piece of pure white, silky cloth and a golden pocket watch which sometimes jamned as it ticked. A being made of white light emerged. The objects represented my earthly life but the light being said that that was not all I was. The second chest was a bit frightening! As I opened it there was a black smokey fog and I picked out a skull and a knife! I felt pretty upset by that but then the light being told me not to be afraid of it, as if it represnted my fears. The skull and black fog then dissolved as if they were illusions and in the chest was water which had a pale blue glow. I dipped in the knife and it turned from something that evoked fear to something that felt harmless. The water's depth seemed endless and seemed to represent the universe. The final chest was full of a golden light that then took on the form of another me. It asked me if I recognized it. I said no, followed by a hesitant yes when it looked dissapointed. It told me that it was my observing soul and that I was an eternal being in a temporary body and that everything would be ok. As i left it told me never to lose hope.

I saw a bunch of small/tiny white flowers growing from one stalk in the shape of a cone, a red heart that has a split going straight through the heart is filled with golden yellow-ish light that eminates from it. And I had a person with me aswell, they looked like they were not human but a spirit or something. It had strange eyes and was floating near me, but I could only see light eminating slightly from it( from the chest area) it looked as if to be wearing a headdress or that really was its head! It told me it was some type of friend, as I could see the few words it told me in my head, it said something to do with light or mind? It was listening to the video with me, as it can see what I think, and it started to follow me into the room with chests. It stood/floated there watching... It's not the first time I have seen it, usually it's when I think to myself I receive images in my head of what it is thinking and I can try to think to it aswell. It always likes to wear masks but I don't know why? Have you ever seen or thought to one before??? PLEASE TELL ME!!!

That was beautiful. I felt a range of emotions, very intense. When I opened my chest I saw a golden light and I felt waves of happiness and a soft calming effect coming from it. I didn't open any other chest because afterward I felt like I was jumping from different sceneries first a beach I was really close to the shore and could feel the cool breeze and the sun. After that I was in outer space flying watching stars shoot past me. Last I was what it seemed like the middle of the street in some city with a girl waving to me then I was back. Never experienced anything like that. Can you explain the jumping from place to place?

I did not get through all of the eight Chests there were for me. The first was just light, giving me the power to make sure that my "Third eye remained open i think" the second was a piece of paper with the words "you have enough power or you are strong already scrawled on it in similar writing to my own. The third was a broken bronze pocket watch and what went through my mind was that not even time lasts forever. the fourth was a mirror with three cracks radiating from one point and it more or less told me that vanity destroys you. the fourth was i think a single copper coin and the thought that money cannot grant you everything you want came to mind. In the fifth was a picture of all of my current friends reminding me that i am not as alone as i think i am, and that people still need me as much as i need them. And the lat one i got to see number 6 was empty and i think it taught me to accept that some things lead to dead ends but you must have the strength to continue and not let your disappointment ruin the future, or at least something along those lines, i was just opening the seventh Chest and i felt it was time to stop and then you told me it was time to go back to my physical self. I more or less know what all of these mean i think, as they are allot of the beliefs i already have, but they were so very vivid in my minds eye and as i piked up a few of them the weight of them could almost be felt. All in all a very interesting meditation and i intend on coming back. and what was more was the connection to the tree it was almost like it knew i was going to be there at the time, it knew everything about me i know it it did, regardless of the fact that it wad deep inside of me,and regardless of my already huge respect for trees, I could feel the feeling of the trees, there are no words to describe what it was feeling in me and i in the tree but i think we understood each other from the moment we saw each other. All of this and i was not what you would call fully relaxed because of my coughing. But the coughing was my physical self and my spiritual self was another person but still me. Also when i looked at the broken mirror previously mentioned i looked like a younger me, i am only 22 but i must of been around 17-18 during the meditation, my face was younger my hair was different and and i was wearing different clothes to what i would wear nowadays though i still own the green army coat. I think it showed me that version of myself because at that age is when i was perhaps the happiest i have ever been i dont know. but i think that mirror had more than one more lesson to teach me before i put it back in the chest where it belonged. Thank you very much this meditation has been most insightful. Thank you very much once again.

Sorry just remembered another box that i did open i think it was seven or six i forget the order though i feel the order is not important. It held a mundane rock, and the thought that this rock was older than anything alive on the earth, it had seen everything from the earth creation to what it will see in earth destruction. It had been there for everything so far and would be there for everything else. It reminded me that even the most mundane thing such as a rock has a history and that no one thing is completely pointless or needless. It think it told me also that i was alive and therefore important but dont forget the small things because the small things are sometimes more wise or at least older than you. or at the very least have seen more than you. I readed comments before this video and I was waiting to seee something as I started to meditate. When I "opened" the chest, I just saw all things what people has said in comments... I mean I didnt have my own experience, in my opinion things like this are bad way to meditate. However, at the end when you said open second chest or something like that. My eyes started to open and I felt that my eyes was rolling pretty roughly. After this those opened. That was my experience in this meditation. I pretty much woke up from meditation. After I was awake, all I was thinking was word "home"... Maybe this is what was in my chests...?

hey Jason... wonderful meditation... But I am confused... i saw a golden crown and a sceptre in he first chest that i opened.... in the second one i saw a golden plate and glass.... But the third chest(which was the biggest one), was empty. Can you please explain what this means....

wow, although i only opened one chest (I didnt feel 100% dosconnected from the physical) I felt like I was pulled into space, then i looked down and there I was in bed. When I got pulled out, I felt super relaxed and my forehead still tingled a bit. rough start but man, this is great for relaxing and "meditating" XD

When I meditate I lie down in my bed, it means I find it weird try a breathe out of my mouth when I exhale... Should I just breathe in and out of my nose? But I also know that isn't correctly breathing during meditation or I've been told, do I just breathe in and out of my nose or what? :) thank you though appreciate the meditations !

In the first box I found a teddy bear, the second a carved red gem with 5 sides and the last a rusted dagger. Any idea what this could mean? (BTW exceptional video loved it)

Hi Jason! I could really use your help understanding my chests. 1st chest, contained a sword with an aura glowing pure white. The 2nd chest contained myself. I was glowing with something swirling around me it looked like a triangle. 3rd an extremely old book. Very confused on what this all means :/

When opening up the chest, I saw was light, one chest was white light and the other was a emerald green light.. Meaning?
