I’ve been on sleeping medication of my doctors from my twenties. I’m now 37 I’m meant to be taking 20g zolpidem a night I always run out my anxiety is making me need more even tho I take diazepam as well anyway I’ve been awake 48 hours now . I’m just so grateful that for a short time I genuinely relaxed my head pain went away so great video I hopefully might get some sleep 2niight insomnia has ruined my life it’s causing more anxiety then the pattern goes on . Should get my medication 2moro so if I take 3 I should sleep I don’t mind being a couple of days out . 48 hours onwards the pain starts and dry eyes . Happy sleeping all

For all coaches, referees, recruiter, parents and players see Bella is a D1 humble player with positive energy! I am praying for you @grandyamz9768. May your thoughts and beliefs give birth to your miracle. Never give up. The doctors said I would not leave the hospital 42 years ago. I was in a wheelchair at one point because my right hip was deteriorated. Today I dance as my morning routine. God loves you. Keep believing in him.
