I agree with you, there is so much more to life than having a show home, I home educated my five too and the memories we made were far more meaningful.

I only have my little four year old son but he makes enough mess 😂 I usually try and get what I can done in the mornings before we head out somewhere but I never worry if I can't do everything. Getting my little boy out into the woods is more important to me. Also I understand what you mean about other mums, some we just don't click and personally I've realised recently that the big group meet ups just isn't for us. Keeping it one to one is alot better.
