A Story of Organisational Change : The Butterfly Effect

The Butterfly Effect is a light hearted story of organisational change enabled by leadership development and personal transformation. It is a Cultural Change Company production. The story is based on change management principles and contains many relevant insights for change leaders throughout the world. The basic premise of the story is that cultural change requires an inward change as a change leader and a willingness to model change leadership traits that encourage stakeholder engagement and support for the change initiative. Organizational is spelt incorrectly on the title of the video. Overall very good perspective on how the theory of the butterfly effect can help organizations build trust and get their employees to embrace change.

Nope! In US English, 'organization' is the only accepted spelling. In UK English, 'organisation' is standard (though 'organization' is still acceptable).
