An intriguing thought! Silence is indeed a powerful starting point, but pairing it with deliberate actions and thoughtful responses can create an even greater impact. Stoicism reminds us that mastery lies in both restraint and intentional engagement. Thank you for sharing!

6:49 This video is an incredible guide to intentional living! The explanation of the 'space between stimulus and response' really hit home-what a powerful reminder of our ability to choose our reactions. I also loved the metaphor of 'big rocks and sand' for prioritizing what truly matters in life. The way you tied Stoic principles to actionable habits is truly inspiring. Thank you for sharing such practical wisdom!

If i write about parts of my personality, like beign open minded, or my mentallity perhaps, and then i can write actions that correspond to my way to think...would that be a good exercice to enforce what this video says?

This is a powerful reminder that living with intention starts from within. The idea of 'beginning with the end in mind' really hit home-without purpose, even busy days can feel empty. Which habit resonated with you most? For me, it's 'putting first things first'-making room for the big rocks of life is game-changing. Let's all take that pause, focus on our purpose, and keep growing!

Marcus Aurelius said it best: 'What brings no benefit to the hive brings none to the bee.' Translation? Let’s stop blaming traffic and rude coworkers for ruining our day and focus on what we can control-our playlist choices while stuck in traffic, for one! 🚗🎶 Stay grounded, my friends

This channel sucks. Stoicism is not about how others perceive you. That’s narcissism. Stoicism is about being a better self. Being worthy of self. Forget what other people think about you. If you want real stoicism channel check out daily stoic. This is the second video I’ve seen from this channel that was about how to control women. Ridiculous. Be a better self and the rest will come naturally. This ai channel is all about how to be inauthentic. Sure not speaking off the cuff is wiser. Trying to use it as a technique to look powerful is weak.

@@k.c.miller9965 i see this video as something that you can do if you can use and understand stoicism... but even though, i think you have a point and i hope this man takes note of this
