Plot:
This film is about a struggling artist living in a near future version of Lagos, Nigeria. On a routine meet-up with his local drug dealer for a refill of his smokable cartridge.
The home is invaded by henchmen sent by "The Boss" to reclaim his stolen merchandise. The drug dealer is shot during the interrogation and our protagonist emerges from his hiding place.
In his final moments, the drug dealer reveals the location of what the henchmen came for. Our protagonist retrieves it, a red and blue pill, just as the henchmen return.
He runs into a toilet, locks the doors, and seeing the drug as his only leverage, swallows the pills. Instantly, the drug overpowers him and he collapses on the floor as the men break into the toilet.
As the henchmen discuss what to do with him now that he's swallowed the pills. The effects of the drugs kick in, and with immediate clarity, he attacks the men. Seizing a gun from one and shooting them both with it.
Looking at the dead bodies of those who tried to kill him. He understands that he has unlocked a new level of reality and smiles.
The film ends with him overlooking Lagos city.
