sorry this is 2 years two late, but if instead of how he shows it (grabbing the top two packets) you grab. only the MIDDLE packet while re-taking the now-bottom-packet, you then get to complete the full "triple cut" motion. That's how i've done my false cuts for 20 years now

Your knowledge of the history of sleights gives you credibility and authority while paying respect to the creators of the sleights at the same time. Can you do a video on how to read magic books and which ones you recommend? I have expert at the card table but a fair amount of the moves are difficult to decode without knowing how the final "product"is supposed to look.

Greatg one!! I love false shuffels and cuts, I practice sleight of hand less than 2 years,and got the luckto start learning on " Charlee Madison" channel and see about fallse shuffel teory and practice it from that moment.Its a killer thing when in bar after 5 -6 tricks performed (for my friends still ) I spread a deck on a table reaction is great every time. p.s. yo show us 3-4 great false cuts,as you said I know that they are false (you told me) but still cheking a deck :)

1:20 I must disagree. If for instance you do a couple poker tricks for a group at a bar where you can sit down at the table. Why not do a false table riffle? Might even look unprofessional if you don’t. And not that you need much of an excuse to protect your cards from dirt and beer but if you bring a back pack toss in one of those cheap roll up vinyl chess boards. The bottom side makes for a surprisingly good surface. Or bring a MTG player mate. Playing chess or Magic the Gathering isn’t all that uncommon so no one should thrown off.
