I think this video made me realize how different Winwin acts and is treated in 127 vs. Wayv! Winwin has come a long way. He had been practicing traditional Chinese dancing in a very focused way at his school so his life experience outside of school would had been very limited before joining SM. After training with SM for 6 months, he debuted as a member of NCT127. It is understandable that he would be nervous giving the culture and language change. Winwin’s Korean is much better now and other members of NCT 127 have made very clear in their various interviews.

lets face it wayv is the best unit to ever exist because before this Kun was shoved aside after 2016 until black on black and he didnt even get in nct u which I find to be rude because jungwoo and lucas got into the unit and ten he got the 2016 debut sm staion solos and hit the stage but why is he not in 127 so wayv is a chance for them both plus the rookies to get pushed more and as for winwin he is getting more lines in wayv I listened tot their album and he got more lines then half of 127's music and he is being given the proper chance to show his dancing abilities thanks to the rainbow v project. so lets face it even though they might be gone from korea for a while but it will be beneficial so they can be active. one more thing I feel like once renjun and chenle graduate from dream they my prediction is they will get added to the unit and I think that will boost them more because, chenle is freaking famous in china so he is quite an ace for his age.

I really respect and I guess look up to Kun because of the fact that he’s from Fujian, since that’s where my parents are from. Although I was born and raised in NYC, of course I know Mandarin and I know that there’s a dialect from Fujian that I used to speak but I forgot how to speak it but I still understand it. I wonder if Kun knows how to speak the dialect. It also really surprised me because I think Kun is the only Chinese Idol who is from the Fujian province.
