[Episode 8 Hot Challenge: Fried Stuffed Pepper Recipe] ❤‍🔥 Ingredients 150g aged kimchi 200g minced pork 20g glass noodles 40g green onions 80g tofu 1 clove garlic 10g sugar 20g fine red chili powder 30g soy sauce 15g Buldak sauce 10g oyster sauce 5g sesame oil 10 Korean green chili peppers Frying flour Ice water 🧑‍🍳 Recipe 1. Mix frying flour and ice water well. (Make the batter slightly thick to ensure it sticks well and doesn’t peel off.) Squeeze the tofu thoroughly using a cloth to remove excess water. 2. Soak the glass noodles in advance and boil them for 5 minutes. Finely chop the boiled glass noodles, green onions, garlic, and aged kimchi. 3. Combine all ingredients and seasonings, then mix well. Wash the chili peppers, cut them open lengthwise, and remove the seeds. 4. Lightly coat the inside and outside of the chili peppers with flour to keep the filling in place. Stuff them generously with the prepared filling and coat lightly with flour again. 5. Dip the stuffed peppers into the tempura batter and fry in 170°C oil until golden brown. 6. (너무 묽으면 튀김옷이 벗겨질수도 있으니 살짝 되직한 반죽을 만들어준다) 2. 두부는 면보에 물기를 꽉 짜서 준비해준다. 3. 미리 불려둔 당면은 끓는 물에 5분간 삶아준다. 4. 삶아둔 당면, 파, 마늘, 묵은지 김치는 곱게 다져서 준비해둔다. 5. 모든 재료와 양념을 넣고 잘 섞어준다. 6. 씻어 둔 고추는 배를 갈라 씨를 빼서 준비해둔다. 7. 고추 겉과 속에 밀가루를 살짝 발라 소가 떨어지지 않게 한 뒤 만들어둔 속재료를 넉넉히 채워준 다음 밀가루를 살짝 묻혀준다. 8. 튀김반죽에 고추를 담가 170도 튀김기에 노릇노릇해질때까지 튀겨주면 완성!

Been following kpop since 2nd gen. TEN LEE is is more than just top 3 of SM. He is THE BEST DANCER (considering technique, artistry and range) produced by kpop. Mark Lee said it best - "I've never met anyone who dances better than Ten."

@tcole750 for someone who can see past status, popularity, popular beliefs and clout, that's not crazy at all. Especially if you consider dancers' range of expressions and genres. Ten simply could do so much more with his body and could express so much more types of styles and stories with his dance. And saying this isn't trying to diminish Taemin, it's just giving Ten the credit he deserves. I still respect Taemin a lot for he's truly a stellar performer and dancer but Ten feels so much more unlimited as a dancer.

@tcole750 having depth doesn't really necessarily make one a better dancer though. And I never implied Taemin doesn't have depth. Like where in the world did you get that? What's clear however is that it's you who hasn't realized Ten's depth and intensity so yeah you can't really treat Taemin's depth as an edge over Ten. Unlike Taemin though, Ten does not really always go for deep concepts cuz he is very multi-faceted and can change his color like a chameleon. He fully embodies any concept and style, be it playful, light, delicate, hip, swag, sassy, cool etc. He has such a free personality that as much as he could dive deep, he could also explore countless other stuff or go any direction. I mean he could feel light as a feather in Dream in a Dream, and then be very eerie and hypnotizing Nightwalker. He could also be the playful and free-spirited wild child in Paint Me Naked and then be the absolute Casanova in Dangerous (Performance Film 10). And don't forget, he could also be the delicate but intense sensual lover in Birthday. The man just has countless layers that he could present so well with his dance and performance. So there you go, while Taemin has a lot of depth, Ten also has that, plus, extra breadth and layers.
