I’ve had such a crap week so far. I’m on new meds and they are seriously messing with me and when I saw u had uploaded I was like “Yes!” I love your vlogs. Also, don’t have chicken anxiety. I get a medium sized chicken (I use leftovers for my cats and sandwiches) and I put it on about 180/190 degrees or Gas Mark 4/5 for about 1hour 30mins sat in a little bit of water and that’s it. Obviously check it’s definitely cooked, but it usually is. I hope this helps xx 💋

For anyone worried about cooking chicken the trick is to pierce the chunkiest part with a knife/fork, if the juices run clear then it should be cooked. If you're extra worried put it back in for an extra 5 mins. 💕

Chicken Anxiety Tip - I always used to butcher my chicken trying to make sure it was cooked thoroughly so I got a meat thermometer and it’s elevated my cooking game 10 fold! Highly recommend!
