Maxx I’m so happy to see an update. I came across your first video and as someone who lost a dear friend after she struggled with detransitioning, I felt the same hopelessness in you, but please keep doing what you love. If it helps, forget about society. Embrace nature, she’ll help you heal, even if that sounds cliche. There’s a future where things are better for you, and this video shows me that. You look better and I’m so happy you’re going back to the things you enjoy doing. Please keep going and updating us, I really love watching your content, it’s so inspiring and calming. You got this 🤍

@@WearyWayfarerHello. I want to wish you well on your journey of healing. I got the gust from your first video that you didn’t go for the full surgery which is a relief. Your body can still recover somewhat. I can only imagine the regret for those that have! Take care and stay positive!

Thanks for sharing your strenuous hike. The natural scenery and vistas of Wales are beautiful. The marker at the top of the mountain you climbed looked ancient. Peace and quiet prevail.

im so glad Maxx that you are finding the healing in the grounding reality and simplicity and energy of the natural world . Its inspiring ! . Iv just spend a few weeks in nature . Away from screens , politics , human madness and confusion , and away from the grief of an ended long journey with my partner ,a person with severe body dysmorphia who i adored more than any other person . Nature . Breathwork . Cold water and getting properly "in the aliveness of body" though exercise . These simple things heal the best . Better than any therapy iv found . keep going !. Keep moving your body . your journey , our journey , is part of the human healing thats unfolding in these crazy times . One step at a time .

This was a beautiful video; thank you for making and sharing it. Really appreciated all the detail of this fantastic Welsh landscape, wide blue skies, and some of the paths you took including showing climbing a stile, various animal sightings and your responses and occasional brief commentary, the sharing of your nourishment (surprise berries!), and how you felt at the end of an hours-long hike in the sun and wind. Your soundtrack and editing were great. Have never done a hike like this myself, but maybe some day...

Beautifully constructed video. You put a lot of work in. Yes, this is the start of something. I used to give a hard time to an online Welsh friend - never sunny in Wales... you have proved me wrong. I am in the middle of a heatwave in Western Australia 40C + days for over a week. I have never seen as much green landscape as you have shown. Great of you to catch the wildlife & stock during your walk. Thank you for sharing & enjoy your day.

Beautiful video. Wales and England, in general, is a very beautiful place. I have 25% English/Irish bloodlines that I recently found out when I did genetic testing and research online. I always wondered why I felt such a draw to your country, its customs, tv shows, movies and even tea. ☕️ My dream came true when I flew to England in 1995, I cried whilst circling Heathrow. I felt like I had come home. I’m from Wisconsin in the United States. I hope to be able to visit again someday in the not too distant future. I watched your first video when it came out. I’m so glad to see a new video. I was hoping you were ok. Take care. 😊

Glad you are getting out and about. I love the countryside and hiking and camping although I am getting on a bit. Love the chicken, I have a rescued pigeon, doesnt much like me when he isnt eating but, he loves his new set up, bed and board free...and occasionally attacking my hand...actually hes friendly enough but doesnt like me cleaning his cage.

Good to see you got back, looks like you had a nice hike, you should try to do that several times a week if you can. I've got Piriformis Syndrome, which comes from sitting down too much - and old age - and the only way to fix it is by walking. After about a mile on a hiking trail, I feel normal. Back in the summer, I was doing three miles a day for a while, then I got caught up in a bunch of work around the house and pretty much stopped - then the cold weather set in - in the 20F - 10F range, and that made being outside for more than an hour painful - at least for walking. Where you're at, it's probably a lot more temperate than that, walking in 40F to 85F is fine, when the temp goes above 90F, it can get difficult especially if humid. Bilberries are quite good for eye complaints - and just saw this - kzbin.info/www/bejne/nmLImmx4jLGjqbc - which sounds like what you've got going on. The more you get out and walk, the better you'll sleep, and you'll have less anxiety. Magnesium citrate can also help. OK, good luck, nice to see that you're back.

Yo, dude, good to hear from you, again! It's been a while since your first post, so it was a lottle worrying. Hope your health has at least improved since then. I also tend to hold on to shoes till they fall apart, but if you plan keep up the hiking, a new pair of hiking and walking shoes would be a good investment. Beautiful video. A vibe for sure. I picked blueberries many times, but they grew on bushes that are shoulder height. Ive never seen them grow that low to the ground before. Shows what i know about blueberries. Also, if i may ask, is it normal for random sheep to be running around in Wales?
