Another great vid thanks. Frog was a slippery customer he really didn't want you picking him up. So was this deliberate sabotage by the previous company putting concrete down pipes hoping to get called out again not knowing the No1 team was going to get called to fix the problem once and for all. Love you guys and what a beautiful location you got to work in this time instead of that car park job that had a wall either side of your shoulders such a small gap. Stay safe

You guys always do such a great job, I really love when customers thank you with snacks or drinks.
@GamerNerdess2 жыл бұрын
That's normal in their culture to give snacks and drinks to people who are working hard. It's a sign of respect and thanks
@QuimBeelivingstone2 жыл бұрын
@@GamerNerdess that should be the case in every culture. If I want someone to work hard or if I see them working hard, I always offer them bottled water or snacks. They look at me like I'm nuts. Only once that I can remember, someone actually accepted the offer.

Tile workers sometimes wash their equipment and dump left over cement down the drain, where it hardens like concrete.

This video was very interesting! It was so amazing to watch an endoscope being used to look inside the drains to see where there may be a blockage. But the bonus here was the absolutely beautiful landscape! The homeowner’s garden (back yard) was just beautiful! With the green shrubbery planted all around, the large boulders dividing the upper and lower levels of the land and the stepping stones that were placed flush with the ground just added to the beauty! It was just a gorgeous landscaping job! Oh yes, the drainage guys were very thorough. They made sure they cleared all the areas inside the drains. They did not leave until they were sure the job was completed! Great job guys!

As the other guy said, they can justify the higher rates if the job is so well done thay the client does not have to have call them back repeatedly. Plus, if their client loved the work, they'll tell their friends and coworkers about them.
