Dr. Jayshree Nataraj is a gem in our Ayurveda community. I had the opportunity to attend one of her masterclasses, and it was a truly enriching experience. Dr. Nataraj is a retired professor, and at 74 years old she is still going strong. Her explanations were excellent, and she provided accurate examples without disparaging other sciences. She shared a wealth of valuable information, and I hope we can see more episodes with her.

I truly wish this practice was recognized in the west and we could have more access to wholesome health analysis. What if my Primary Physician asked me about my family and childhood? Asked about my daily routine, the food I ate? Asked about my spiritual being? What a difference that experience would be. 🕉️ thank you for sharing!

😂😂 spirituality is for mental health and science is for physical health...and ayurveda and yoga connects both until you have severe health issues...but whatever you do at the end you have to die some way or the other....so no point of comparing both..
