What Colonel Bumgarner is not saying is the fact that suicide is a major sin in Islam and the punishment for suicide is worst than any torture on earth. There is no way any Muslim would commit suicide. Furthermore, targeting civilians in war is forbidden in Islam, therefore no Muslim would participate in these crimes.
