The mobile home at Fort Clark Springs is not likely to sell quickly because you are trying to sell it for more than you paid. You made no improvements and only lived there for approximately 4 weeks. It's not worth more than you paid for it. Buyers are not stupid, they can find out what you paid for it and will wonder why is it for sale now at a higher cost than it was just 4 weeks ago? If you only stay in a house for a few weeks, you should not expect to make a profit, in fact, you will probably lose money when the total cost of purchasing the property and the total cost of selling the property are computed. Keep it and live in it for more than a few weeks
