Boudjemaa El-eulmi is Algerian and came from Algeria sent by the French colons / Algerian was colonized at that time . Boudjemaa El Eulmi was the director of the main school of the fine arts of Algiers . He went to Morocco and taught them the refined art of pottery , design and the refined way and techniques used in Algeria . El Eulmi built the first school in Asafi . Look it up .

There's a difference between techniques and decorations. The techniques aren't new either. We have the Moroccan pottery museum in Safi where a lot of similar peaces czn be found there.
