Love how much enthusiasm Vittorio still has after all these years and instead of finding it a ‘chore’ to show yet another person round was, “No, no, wait, there is more!” ♥️ Remember seeing that twin cylinder in Milan at Lambretta’s 50th Anniversary. People were just walking past as if it was just another Lambretta and, even when he took the panel off, it took a moment or two to realise what we were actually looking at. I guess it was a bit like Vittorio really. Normal, unassuming but, in the world of Lambretta, unique and an absolute treasure!

We have visited this museum when we was having a holiday in Milan, the gentleman on this vidio took time to show us around, such an interesting place. If you like scooters this is a must to visit.

Thank you so much for this tour. I was there several years ago, got a mini tour from Vittorio, and bought the spares needed for my Lambretta 48. I hope you got to see the remnants of the original factory. It was amazing as well.

Thank you for a really fabulous video - a German speaking to an Italian in English - what an achievement. As an English person living in France I can appreciate how hard this is. The scooters were amazing, the museum is definitely now on our "to visit" list! A new subscriber here now too. Vielen dank 👏

Thank you for such a brilliant video and what a nice man Vittorio is. Never owned a Scooter and still riding motorcycles aged 73 but after watching this I can see that changing very shortly. We use to have a big Lambretta factory here in Croydon in the 60s 70s. Whilst I have never owned a Lambretta I did have a job in 1967 as a motorcycle messenger and I quite enjoyed riding one. That was until my manager asked if he could have a ride on it , and unbeknown to me he had never ridden one before. So he pulled the clutch in engaged gear and shot off into a wall. Thankfully he was ok but the Scooter was too expensive to repair. If only we had known Vittorio .

Dear Lambretta; Your company history and values are truly impressive. As a potential customer of yours living in Turkey, I am wondering: Why are Lambretta scooter v200 and below models sold in Turkey with very bad tires? Are you strong enough to overcome the loss of prestige and sales you will experience due to a death caused by these tires?

@@bioux101 No mate, you’re wrong! I bought my 1966 TV175 GT in ‘72 and ran the wheels off it. Had it serviced at Sterling Scooters in West Drayton. Same shop that constructed the Quadraphenia bike.

@@Beeza56 I suspect you and your mates just stuck GT stickers on your scooters, regardless of the model. The phrase is always GT200. Never, ever GT175.
@Beeza56 Жыл бұрын
@@bioux101 hi bioux. Yup, second thoughts, you’re probably right. Although we never just randomly stuck stickers on them, least I didn’t. I honestly remember it being touted as a TV175GT but upon research I can’t find anything stating there was ever a GT model of the TV175. My apologies mate. Would love to own another Lambretta like it though. Not a common sight in upstate NY these days. All the best, Ian.
@bioux101 Жыл бұрын
@@Beeza56 no worries. It was a long time ago. I’ve been considering buying another one myself. Not owned one in twenty five years. I’m in London so they’re not quite that rare here. My pal has an excellent TV175 series 3. I have a couple of cool motorbikes, but I’m still jealous. Ha. Have a great day, mate.
