Not bad. A very clean project, but it could have made better use of the reduced space by combining uses. For example, there are two kitchens next to each other. In such a "small" house it would have been enough with one kitchen, but flexible as interior and exterior space, adjustable through the sliding doors. There are also strange things like a stool in front of the kitchen island. At least put two stools... The balcony on the second floor is facing the wall of the neighboring house instead of the garden and the pool. Lastly...never come home drunk or you end up in the bushes. ;-)

None of these houses seem to have weather seals one the entry doors, seems as if with all the openness, they would be inundated with insects, rodents and reptiles. Luv the design, though.
