Thanks for the video, I got my insert on Friday. I decided to season my ceramic plates and top stone. I wanted to make them darker and not show the stains so bad. I oiled and seasoned them like cast iron pans, then burned them off with a full chimney basket of charcoal. They turned out Awesome. I may throw a video up next week. I also found a SS wire basket at goodwill for $1.99 I am going to turn it upside down for a easy snake fixture. Then I found a nordic Ware 17" pizza pan that I can place below the grate to catch the drippings. My first real (short burn) will happen tomorrow. Pork Tenderloin.
