There was an episode of Steve Wilkos in 2017 where a grandfather named Jimmy took a lie detector test that he failed and revealed he sexually abused his 4 year old granddaughter. Chaos then erupted on the stage when the girls father ran over to pounce on him(which I applauded by the way). Jimmy got sent to prison for 10 years(should've been 30 years to life). His marriage to his wife is over, relationship with the daughter will never be the same. When he's released he'll be registered as a sex offender for the rest of his pathetic life.

My stepfather molested me from the time I was 9-15. My mother did not believe me despite me telling her twice before I contacted DSS for myself. The police also did nothing. My mother and the system failed me. I’m so so happy that this mother protected her baby. Beautiful woman, I hope her kids grow to be healthy, wonderful people.

I know I don’t like kids I’m not a person who likes being around kids but never NEVER want a little kid or anyone in that matter to have to deal with the painful flashbacks, the PTSD and constant nightmares about what happens to them. I was sexually assaulted by a close friend and when I told my friend group no one believed me because all he told was lies and he manipulated them, I still get PTSD attacks, I can’t even imagine what those little kids are going through at that age

She didn’t know him long enough to have him watching her child but then do we ever know anyone? I’m glad she acted immediately. It’s so sad bcuz when you have bn abused, it makes you different. It makes you hypersensitive on one hand, but the weird part is it also makes you easy to be targeted. When someone treats you “well” you subconsciously want your own scar to be healed so badly it’s easy for your guards to be let down. It’s easy for them to make you feel safe with minimal acting, and as much as you love your children, the vulnerability and pain masks your eyes. Your pain makes you a target therefore your children become a target. I pray this family heals. Sexual abuse changes you for the rest of your life. It’s horrible. He needs to go to prison. For the person in my life who feels he got away with what he did...karma never forgets. God’s will be done.

It traumatized the victim forever and they gotta go through life long therapy. My 2 cousins molested my dad. Never met them but if I did I would of kicked their ass. My dad never got therapy and used alcohol to get rid of the pain. It messed him up bad. Imagine seeing your 67 year dad crying over this This happened when he was 10 or 12. The cousins were 17 and 15. So for 55-57 years my dad is still damaged from it. And he always will be. My mom and brother was molested and I was raped. I pray the cycle doesnt repeat itself. I would be devastated if my kids got molested or raped. My moms and dads parents didnt get the pedos arrested but if it happens to my kids you beat that motherfucker would be thrown in jail. My brothers molester wasnt arrested either. My dad, my mom and my brother never got their justice. I got justice. My rapist is in jail.

Why do women date men for short periods of time and bring men around their children? It’s real life creeps out there molesting, beating and killing children. This shows the child it’s ok to bounce from relationship to relationship and people wonder what’s wrong with this generation. Bad desperate parenting. My son didn’t meet my husband until we had been together for almost 2 years. He’s 14 years old and has only seen me with his dad and my husband who’s now his dad. I was molested in the care of another family member who brought their new boyfriend around. I didn’t tell anyone until I was 27 years old. This burns my ass.

I teach high schoolers and I can't tell you how many times I've caught myself using my students' speech patterns and phrases 😂 I had one freshman who would say "PERIOD" after my sentences if I was scolding the class for being out of control and I've found myself using it more than a few times to emphasize my points 😂😂
