Some might call it luck... but the runway was quite big... so we call it skill! 😉

Without a doubt! It transitions well and we LOVE this thing! It’s fun and borderline dangerous! Should we try something larger? 😜

Yup, you are right. After publishing, I quickly realized the blunder and added a “correction” in the description text. 😊

Yes, it was. We walked on the field and forgot to bring some extra clay to balance that out... So, you know... sometimes you just go with it! 😀

Hmm. We may be starting something here. Kinda like “shark week?” Maybe we need a “tornado week”. For those needing a good fix? 😂

thanks for posting. good work. here are some things to consider. this should be considered to be a 'lets see if someone can be injured' iteration of a BUNGEE LAUNCH. jeez. there is too much 'draw' to consider it to be a catapult launch. certain features may increase a tendency to stall. it appears that the length of the fuselage forward of the main wing should be reduced by about one inch. the wonky inboard main wing trailing edge May also be a factor. on a free-flight glider, EVERY little thing matters. you may know, a conventional fuselage Should have an inherent Moment Arm of 3:1, with the reference point/fulcrum being located, Appropriately; ie., at the model's (ideal) Center of Mass (c-m), which IS at 25 percent of fuselage length. were it me, i would use a bit more dihedral, at the horiz-stab. there is no indication that a lift-making profile was used in the construction of the main wing. compare the clark-y profile (the profile of model wing Should ALWAYS be thickest at 30 percent of chord.) it is not clear whether Spruce has been used, for the tail boom. if not, it Should have been. with Correct tapering, of course (to keep the dom good). cheers googletranslate
