i just lost like 90% of my taste and smell from the Rona, watching you guys describe these flavors is fun and i been praying that my senses come back soon especially in time to smell the christmas tree. please pray for all of us who are still recovering, its such a simple thing to lose taste and smell but surprisingly so depressing. but also i guess its kinda hilarious thinking how im sitting here crying while listening to a yt vid of you guys talkin bout flavors 😂 .. 😫

I always have some Black tea from the Fenix mountains, just because it's not like a rock/Dan Cong oolong nor a black tea. Personally, I always call it Dan Cong for lazy people. Cuz you can brew it with almost 100°c water, and it will not turn bitter. Nevertheless, I'm very curious to taste the one Don selected. Knowing that the overall quality he selects on is in general fairly high. Well, that's another one for on the list.

Hey mei leaf. I am a local traditional tea farmer from Chashan, Yunnan. I live in Europe and do tea trade promotion. I think you must know me and try the tea trees from my mountain. I come from Changning tea area and my family has been in Menghai for many years. The old tea, I show traditional authentic Kung Fu tea in other countries such as Europe. I hope more ordinary people can understand our good tea and enjoy healthy tea.

Quick question, how do yall drink the tea so hot? I've never brewed gongfu style, but man, how do yall drink it immediately? Is it as hot as I think, or does it cool down immediately?

It cools down pretty quickly. It makes a big difference if you brew your tea directly in the cup you’re drinking from. In this case they pour it from the Gaiwan into the fairness cup and then into small ~50ml cups. At this point the tea has the perfect drinking temperature in my opinion.

It actually only has 5 ingredients and no artificial flavors, but the tea itself is very basic and flavorless, so the peach is really the star. I like to get one from time to time 😉
