Nice tour Tim …I remember back years ago when they first broke ground and started building this place! We were visiting some family members that lived in the palmetto area….Wow…it sure has turned out pretty amazing!

I see the Nordstrom Rack. 😃 Love seeing the lights. That's a beautiful area and I can see why people want to live there. Now I want to live there. I don't think my budget will allow myself to live there unless I lived in mobile home or camper which I wouldn't object to as long as I feel safe. You could sell Tesla's Tim. I could see you becoming rich promoting Tesla. I'll call Elon & tell him I found him a perfect person to represent Tesla in Sarasota.

Got me looking at houses there today!! Some nice ones in the mid 300's.....looking to sell my place and pay cash for a place down there...Love the sound of the Crusher when it starts up too!! Nice!

That intersection is called a diverging diamond. It actually works very well. We have one in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I think it was installed about 6 years ago. I’m a big fan!!!

My folks live in Boca Raton. I want to move to Lakewood Ranch because that area (as well as the west coast of Florida as a whole) has more of a midwestern vibe, which I like.

You hit the nail in the head. You would never regret living in Lakewood Ranch. Some of the nicest Midwestern people in the world beautiful location wonderful town lots to do excellent weather. The only con is the cost of living finally caught up with the rest of the south Florida. 😎
