I just got back from this resort. Lots of issues b4 u book here. 1. Didnt get beach towels for 2days, plus needed to put a 60$ deposit down for them n they got stolen aswel coz they didnt have enough. 2. We purchased resort view n didnt get it n they didnt want to correct it. 3. No toilet paper in the rooms or in the washrooms on the grounds, most of the stalls were locked coz the cleaners didnt want to clean serval stalls. 3. Not enough huts on the beach,no were never enough.. need to get up b4 7am to get a spot. 4. The food was ok, they had hotdogs but they boiled them.. lame. Put them in the oven or grill them. 5. Lobby bar closes at 1030, lame. Should be open 24hours with enough staff. 6. Room towels didnt get changed ever day. 7.snack bar was open after lobby bar closed but it was under staffed. 8. I didnt go to the restaurants but i heard they were ok n the prestige was fine but not didnt seem work the extra money. 9. Entertainment was good but no shedule is listed. Ill be contacting redtag about the resort view issue n leaving a google view.
