Whilst in lockdown I have been taking a daily stroll around Southern Cemetery, yesterday I saw a grave which had the name Michael Elliott on the headstone and stated he founded the Royal Exchange Theatre. I Goggled him today and he had a very accomplished career in the theatre, so may be worth a mention in your next video?

Amazing! I'll add that to my list for next time I'm looking round there. Thanks!

Very interesting. I was born in Droylsden as a teenager lived in a village called Littlemoss. Can you do video of them, would be good. Greetings from Adelaide South Australia.

Thanks for your various tours around Manchester, I've really enjoyed them. Did you find Matt Busby's grave in SC? It's not far from Billy Meredith's. Looking forward to future videos, as a City fan growing up I had no idea of the clubs early history... All the best

Hey thanks for that, very kind of you. Yes I did find Busbys grave. Thankfully it wasn't too hard.

I'm sure Dr. Gary James mentioned on twitter the other day that it was a little known fact that Meredith was reported to do the first rabona penalty kick

He died in 1958. In the video you say 1858. Great video though.

I take it you are not a City fan with your comments of dodgy dealings?

I always thought billy was given to utd as part of city's punishment, no mention of utd taking on a cheat! 😂 you don't sound bitter at all, honest!Still billy is a legend but Roy Paul might have a say in the greatest welshmen argument!and as much as I hate to say so does giggs even with his troubles now ,see us blues ain't bitter 😂

So, that Rylands used slave labour then give stuff to the city ? hmmm, not sure what you'd call that, you're great at presenting these videos, stop saying "so" at the beginning of a sentence ( as i've pointed out at the start) i told my Wife the same thing, a brilliant watch never the less, by the way, humans generally acheive things by stealing or cheating, only clever people don't need to ;) erm... 1958 lol
