Hello guys loved the video loved the caravan, we have just bought a 2021 Pegasus Grande rimini don’t pickup till March ☹️we’re new to caravaning this will be our first one 😬we’re so excited a bit nervous, yours is the same except the bed so it was nice to here somebody’s view on the space as we have two dogs look forward to the next video 👍🐾

Hi, You will absolutely love it. We’ve had a complete change of lifestyle this year with us both being made redundant and have become caravan wardens. This as meant living in our Bailey for three months so far and I can honestly say the space is fantastic. My only piece of advice is to always look at Site arrival. With the caravan being that extra bit wider I always try and look at the entrance to a site first. Bob Earnshaw and legs down have quite a few Site arrival videos on you tube. Thanks for the tour and I love your mods. It's all about getting it to work for you. We are fortunate in not having to work so we have been touring in our Buccaneer Barracuda for a while now. Like you, we love Caravanning and the Buccaneer is our 4th caravan and has everything we want. Keep enjoying it. @cookie1298

Another enjoyable Vlog love the editions and not adding anything to much to worry about with the weight, liking the transverse island bed with rear washroom just might have to go on my short list especially with the low MTPLM making it a stable toe I would think. We never had ATC on our caravans but I'm looking forward to feeling the difference with having it fitted and giving a bit more assurance when towing.

Hi Graham thanks you for watching and commenting. We had the swift challenger which was lovely but the space in the centre was a little tight. It seem to be that every time Rebecca was cooking I’d need to go to the other side of the caravan. The 8ft makes a massive difference. The towing does feel better compared to towing the swift. Loving the vlogs. Blue reminds us of our old boy, who sadly is no longer with us. I am assuming he is a Staffie, although he is a big one. Love the van, and well done for repairing your little mishap.

So sorry for your loss. Yes our blue is an Irish blue staff. He’s a very loveable 9 year old chunk who we love to bits and is one of the main reasons we caravan. Great video and really like the 8ft width. When replacing your flooring did you just go over the top of existing floor? Our flooring is also difficult to keep clean but way better than carpets.

Looks a very spacious van and the 8ft width makes such a difference - every inch counts ?*...well done - How do you get on with the teppanyaki?.. we ordered one off ebay never turned up dodgy seller haven't ordered another yet...the caravan would tow lovely to Spain as it would to live in it as wardens ha ha xxx

Rebecca cooks everything on the teppanyaki, we couldn’t live without. Food tastes amazing on it, quick to cook and easy to clean. Like you always say you need to plan for the future, hence the reason we got the larger caravan 😁 dreams start small, well maybe 8ft small lol. Cheers Stuart and Rebecca.

Lovely looking van, I do like the front window and the G shape lounge. Did I notice your electric cable outside wasn’t fully unwound? In case it isn’t be careful as this can overheat and catch fire.. if it was unwound happy days 👍🏼

Hi thank you for watching. Blue 🐾 is our world and the main reason we got into caravanning as we wanted him on holiday with us. To be honest I’ve never got round to checking the nose weight, so couldn’t really answer that. With regards to towing yes I noticed the difference straight away but got used to it. I use a caravan sat nav and always check Site arrivals before I book somewhere. Packing wise, was mainly the trunk we put outside and our outdoor fridge. We live in the van full time now as we’ve become wardens, so unfortunately not doing much towing this year. Take care Stuart, Rebecca and Blue 🐾

We have just bought this caravan and love it. I like what you have done with your TV and am thinking of doing the same. How much does your TV weigh as you said it's extra light. Do you leave it on the bracket whilst you are travelling? Also you used an extra piece of wood to support on the kitchen side did you also need to put another piece on the bedroom side to make a sort of 'sandwich'? TIA

Hi thank you for watching and commenting. Our TV is a Cello TV which is made specifically for caravans and Motorhomes due to its weight. I don’t know the weight sorry. Our TV bracket is a vision plus bracket which only as the extra support on the kitchen side. We had to move the mirror on the bedroom side to the bathroom sliding door wall. We remove the TV whilst travelling which is pretty easy as the bracket comes with a quick realise backing. Cheers Stuart, Rebecca and blue 🐾

We were going to do this DIY today and the mirror seems to be be glued on, maybe double sided tape? Can you remember if yours was difficult to remove? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated as we have just halted the project for the moment until we have a better idea of how to get the mirror off without ruining the surface behind! Hi Tanya, I’m really sorry but our mirror was moved by our dealer Bardsea Leisure before we took delivery of the caravan, so I’m not too sorry what was involved. I just presumed it was screwed on.

The dealer had left a service report in the van from Jan, sorry to say but there was a damp check with it and we had to walk away It was that bad.😭😭

Hi Derek, which dealership did you view the caravan at? We have put a deposit down on this van and collect it on the 18th June. We originally had first refusal on a Brindisi that was due into the dealership in Aug as this one was sold. The dealership rung me a few days later saying that the buyer had failed finance checks so I could have this one. When did you see the report and did the dealership give you a similar story?

Hi Steven, The van was at Preston caravans, we saw it advertised on their website about two weeks ago and went straight over to see it. I was put off the van, not because of the water ingress as that can be cured, but because they were either sloppy not reading reports or they were ignoring the problem. Either way, I won't be going back. Sorry you've been landed this, but better to know than to be lumped with a leaky van.

Just bought this model. Hopefully pick it up in a week or two. Do you mind me asking how much for the extended flip up worktop. Our last van had one, and it is one area that I thought this model should have. It’s ok saying that the oven has a worktop lid, but that doesn’t make sense to me because you are usually cooking when you need it, so the hob top would be lifted up🙄

We fully agree, we also felt the extendable shelf was required. We ordered ours when we ordered the caravan. The cost was around £50. Unfortunately the shelf hadn’t arrived when we picked the caravan van up so the dealer posted it out to us as they are a couple of hours drive from home. We will hopefully have it fitted by an approved repairer very soon 😁. Thank you for watching and commenting and hope you enjoy your new van.

Hi Tom, Thank you for watching. When we went to the dealer to order the caravan we asked for these extras to be done. They told me they purchased a door from Bailey and trimmed it down to make the tv support. The extension table and brackets were also purchased from Bailey. Some of the other grande models have this extension table so the pattern and size is a perfect match. I would suggest asking your dealer, if you struggle then contact prima Bailey accessories shop.
