I love jams and jellies, blackberry and strawberry being my favorites! My mom and I often made jelly and put it into baby food jars at Christmastime. We would share it with friends, family, and neighbors along with homemade candies, cookies, breads, etc. Whatever we knew they liked best would go into a little basket.

Lovely scenery!! So many books I’ve read over the years talk about taking a holiday in Bath. My favorite is muscadine jelly made from the fruit of my Momma’s muscadine vine. Such pretty makes!! 🎄🧶❤️🧶🎄

I love jam! My favorite is raspberry peach. My parents had a peach orchard behind their house when I was a kid and grew raspberries in their garden, so the homemade raspberry peach jam was divine. I also love the blackberry jam my mom makes from the wild blackberries that grow on their property.

My favorite is orange marmalade. I do enjoy jams, too. The more fruit the better. I don’t enjoy plain jelly as much.

I loved my grandmother’s strawberry jam - she would dot whole (small) strawberries through it and it was amazing. I miss her so much. But I’ve greatly enjoyed making gooseberry jam from the bushes on our property. However, I also love marmalade. Just straightforward orange marmalade. Your sloe blend sounds wonderful.

I love to pick blueberries and cloudberries in the woods of Hallingdal and make my own jam! They both make very tasty jam!❤️

What a beautiful coastal train ride! I’m joining family this evening for a train ride through the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, complete with cookies and cocoa and a visit with Santa! I have a wooden toy maker smoking man that I was given one Christmas and it stays out all year with seasonal incense. Spiced Peach jam is my absolute favorite!

I do enjoy plum or blackberry jam. I do have a little German smoker. My sister-in-law bought it for me from a Chicago Christmas market. He carries a bundle of sticks. Green hat and body.

I love orange marmalade for shop bought jam, but my favourite homemade jam is strawberry…the uncooked freezer jam kind where you mash fresh picked strawberries and mix in sugar and fruit pectin and store it in the freezer. It tastes like fresh strawberries on toast or pancakes even in the coldest part of winter, I love it! ❤ Dana xo (DanaRaemakes)

A real tree for us. Five minutes drive away we have a Christmas tree farm. You pick your tree and it is cut fresh. We bought our smoker over thirty years ago when we lived in Germany. He is a woodsman. We now have a ski hut as well. I hate jam but sometimes I make it for my husband. I make his mum's rhubarb and ginger. I also make Nigella's quick refrigerator raspberry jam.

Looks like a wonderful weekend! I love jam. My favorites are the one's I make. We have a large plum tree so I make Plum jam -canned 40 jars this year! I also occasionally make blackberry and apricot jam if I get fresh fruit from someone or we go picking. Apricot is my absolute favorite and plum and blackberry are close seconds. You should try some year to make its fairly easy to do depending on what fruit you choose.

Now to your Jam question- we always have two jars open because husband loves Blackcurrant and I love Strawberry! As for marmalade well we both love thick cut old fashioned orange marmalade with nothing added! X

Lovely Vlog Sherrie. I love the little smoker figure. We have a German Christmas pyramid which is one of my favourite decorations. I love most kinds of preserves, my favourite marmalade is the Lime marmalade by Roses, and Jam has to be Raspberry as my Nanna always made her own with the raspberries my grandad grew in his garden- happy childhood memories in every jar.

I made both jam and marmalade. I use recipes from It Starts with Fruit by Jordan Champagne. I have two favorites Spiced Orange and Orange Cranberry (both are marmalades).

What a perfect trip , train journey by the coast and beautiful bath plus knitting! I love roses lime marmalade and also any mixed flavours like 3 orange or grapefruit.Only problem is when I have marmalade it has to be slathered on white toast and I can’t stop eating it !

Love jam, though not marmalade... Favourite flavour is rhubarb, or maybe Apple and cinnamon, or maybe peach! I have a smoking figure that I've had since I was young that my dad gave me from a work trip to Germany - they're so fun!

Your weekend away in Bath looked very nice liking your little treasures you bought I’m a Marmalade person though eat speciality jams ( home made lemon curd yummy ) my favourite marmalade just now is Sainsburys Red blood orange thick cut Christmas special oh my it’s so good especially on hotel toast ( toast that is nearly cold ) you get the full flavour of toast butter & marmalade Sainsburys also did the blood orange curd that is also yummy on hotel toast or toasted sour dough I’m hungry writing this 😂🤣😂🤣

I like jam, preferably raspberry. I love chunks and bits, I could just have smashed fruit on my bread, actually. I don't often eat jam, only when we do a brunch or something like that. Marmelade is not really my taste.
