Do you always do puzzles so systematically? I always work on big items (like the tree!) and have never tried doing it in quadrants like you have!

For myself, I like to look at as much yarn from a dryer as possible before I buy a mystery/advent type thing. I also really pay attention to the inspiration photo. I also don’t expect to love every day/week, because I’m also a bit picky. So I go into excited to see what the dyer has done, but not putting pressure to love everything.

It’s great seeing everyone’s different advents. The Yarny ones are scrummy. The Lego one would be great for my grandsons. Where did you get it? We have had a couple of good to gos but very few and far between in Paignton. Are you near me. Some scenes look familiar.

I got the Lego advent from Amazon! It was great fun, although I’m not sure I’ll get another one this year as Jessie hasn’t played with it since 🤣 and then towards the end of the advent I had to make up the days - I think she got bored 😂 but I enjoyed it!

Hi Sherrie, Just discovered your podcast yesterday thanks to the recommendation of a French podcaster I have been following for quite a while. So just to say that I really enjoyed your episode and will definitely watch previous and future ones :) I visited Devon on a holiday last June and happened to visit John Arbon Textiles and purchase some gorgeous yarn.
