Because of the way tracks are built, outer lanes have to cover slightly more distance than inner rings for full laps (turns are longer on the outside). It’s for this reason you’ll see racers on outer lanes of a track start slightly ahead in real life.

@@joshwakefield8980 those few meters from lane 1 to 2 don’t make a difference to the result of the race when the difference in speed is of 29 mps It’s like putting Michael Johnson to race a normal person in a 400m race and they both start at the same line He does it in 43 seconds and the person in a minute If the person had the few meters of compensation maybe they’d do 58 seconds but they would still ultimately lose, is what I’m saying 👍

Eh. It cuts close. It’s only a difference of 29 milliseconds or so, Not a Huge difference. Bear in mind that Shockwave is younger too and is already that fast without taking extra V, Made sense to replace him with A-Train. A little more training and he’d be faster than A-Train on V in no time.

A-train's speed is comparable if not a little faster than comic Quicksilver (movie Quicksilver from X-Men definitely feels faster and Avenger's Quicksilver is probably close to comic). A-train's speed is of course boosted slightly by the drugs, but is around 800 mph. Flash's speed is all over the place in movies/shows/comics, but in most sources he can push close to the speed of light when he figures out what he's doing with the speedforce. The difference between the speed that A-Train would be moving and the Flash would be moving will require 2 additional people (we will call them Bill and Ted). Bill is the same degree faster than how much A-Train is faster than a normal person (about 50 fold) and Ted is the same degree faster than Bill, Flash would be still more 200 times faster than Bill. Different ballparks, different cities, different states.
