Tribe Called Quest, one of the best to ever do it. RIP to Phife Dog. The Zulu Nation is collective group of rappers that consist of both individuals and groups. Their style is heavily jazz and motherland influenced and they have spawned so many artists both past and present. If you don’t know who tribe is, you don’t know hip hop.

Hi Simply KSO, "Buggin' Out" was a different track on the album "Low End Theory". They only incorporated a part of that song for the video, after the song Jazz (We've Got) ended. But "Buggin' Out" is actually longer than that. They didn't make a whole video for that song though.
