A Tribute to a Great Man. Since young, these three words -LEE KUAN YEW/ 李光耀 = Singapore. How I wish you can be around to witness our country's 50th birthday. It will be a very sad National Day. First time, without having you around. An irony. Celebrating our Nation's birthday, but we have lost you forever. Your presence alone is more significant than anything else in the show. But I guess, you are tired already. It is time for you to reunite with your beloved wife.
We are really blessed and fortunate to be living in this country, enjoying the fruits of your labour. Singapore has been your abiding passion, the survival of Singapore has always been one of your biggest concerns. Do not worry. We will strive to do better and build on your legacy. Rest in Peace, Sir. Thanks once again for everything you have done for us, for Singapore.
