if you have a clean stretch ahead of you and someone besid/behind you wants to pass, let him do the pass. do NOT block him, being half way into his lane or trailing him parallel. the driver here keeps honking to shoo away the ones who jump into his lane while he wants to do the pass or to keep them in their respective lanes.
