guys, this is actually the 1970's but CGI technology was used to add in 1980's model cars.

Cork City in the 70's with 87 Garda driving around and commentary on the Tour De France in the pub naming Sean Kelly could possibly believe part 1 from some of the scenes they are as I remember them when I lived there in the Late 70's but Part 2 pushing it a bit.

So is watching paint dry, unless you're having a session with your family down the local. Still an all it's the rare ould times we will never have those days again. I'm crying into my babycham now. Cheers for this video.

Love this. Thanks for uploading it. Part 1 was great too. I love that it is of the hard working folk, not some glitzed up, romanticized "come look at me" type. This is gritty, grizzly and shows what is was really like. in the 1980's beautiful Cork.

Merchant's Quay Shopping Centre was developed in 1988, it is seen in late stages of construction in this video or in Part 1.

Looks like the 80’s to me. Tom Barry’s was not there in the 70’s unless Tom opened it in his teens!!! Great shots of Barrack St and Sullivan’s Quay though. A lot like I remember when I left in 86.

Look at the cars, much more recent

Again looking at the car models (obviously the newer ones) it is clearly late 1980s footage so; it is probably best called "A Trip Around Cork City in the late 1980s Part II"

70s? I know Corkonians like to think they’re that but ahead of the rest of us but this is pushing it a bit, mid/late 80s is my guess
