A Trip to New Brunswick: In Search of Straumsfjord

I head up to New Brunswick in my freshly restored Land Rover 110. The Bay of Fundy was thought to have been visited by Viking explorers over a thousand years ago. According to Viking Sagas they wintered in a bay they called Straumsfjord. It is thought that the Bay of Fundy is Straumsfjord. I intend on visiting this region to help put these stories into context.

Any damage suffered to the under carriage? And also, very nice tan color and exo-skeleton on the 110!

No not really, just some scrapes on the rear of the driveshaft. The rear folding step did get bent but I kind of new it would happen when I installed it. Anything vulnerable like the gas tank and front diff cover have heavy galvanized steel skid plates. I'll post up a build video of this truck soon to show how it was build

I once ventured into a a road to reach a lagoon called Hule Lagoon in the Caribbean of Costa Rica in my GMC Jimmy SLS but made a crack to the gas tank! So I was wondering due to the extreme difficulty of the terrain if the Landy had suffered any serious injury!
