I'm sure you have a reason for this rudder. The kayak will go in the direction that the motor is turned.. How does this added rudder make any kind of difference?

Trolling motors are known for lack of steering especially when the wind picks up, the water is choppy or you are wanting to track in a straight line. Adding a rudder vane to the shaft of the trolling motor will significantly improve steering and maneuverability. 😊👍

@@FFHTV I get your intent, but I think it is poor form to put a DIY video, and then hold hostage the parts for your build, which while I appreciate the setup, do not support the method of gaining likes. There is absolutely nothing anyone who does watch and like your videos can do to add to the like count if it is project we are considering doing. In this case, at the rate the likes are not coming in, I will have to complete my project without the printable part you have advertised but held hostage. Thanks for your time, wish you would consider an alternative approach.
