Hi Steven🤗. I’ve heard before that when people lose a significant amount of weight that there can be a stop at some point, but I’m not a nutritionist/dietician..however I’ve been to a nutritionist twice now in my adult age and they say that eating the amount of fruits that have “natural sugars” if eaten in large amounts like “5” mandarin oranges in one sitting could result in your weight loss stop also, because it’s the amount of sugar intake. High carbs and High sugar is what to watch out for. She told me..might as well eat a Snickers bar. I agree with you when people look at other people that are not like them with looks or ideals like an alien (I get it every now and then by me being black and gay and older. Ugh, but hey I still keep pushing through life and I’m Glad that you are too. 🥰🛫 BTW Thanks for showing us a little of the Captain😉 and giving a shout out to the Mom on Mother’s Day.

I’m wondering if your mother might have had bi-polar disorder? It’s very destructive when untreated. My sister and niece have it. They’re both medication non-compliant. They ruin everybody in their path. Don’t let cruel people bother you. You are beautiful and your worth is infinite.

I can share with you when I have had someone visibly roll their eyes..."Looking for a brain? Good luck!" I think when we try to diet we do hit periods of where our bodies need to figure out what is going on so it takes a "pause". In watching you videos you tend to go without eating for long periods of time, indicate you are "famished" which I'm sure you are, then indulge in a larger than what you needed meal. If you could meal prep some small containers of food...a little chicken breast with something like brocholli...or have hard boiled eggs, apples, cheese sticks, nuts, cut up cucumbers, celery, carrots with humus etc. so you could have small healthy snacks rather than get to that "famished" state when we eat too fast and end up eating far more than we should have and end up feeling miserable. You can have pasta and there are healthier kinds...I love the whole wheat ones...and add browned/seasoned turkey meat to your pasta sauce for increased and lower fat protein. Eat breakfast too...doesn't take long to make something like quick cooking steel cut Oats, chop a banana and add some chopped walnuts to it also. Stop with the processed food and the fast food drive throughs too...just my two bits for you to think about. Hugs to Buddy and Eleanor!!

I have the accent, the look the everything else. Even my mean gay masculine coworker is awful to me. Life ain't easy but I am very grateful to be gay. All the rights that gays have now is great for them but I don't want to be married, have children or be in the armed services. My situation protected me from having to participate in the so called "normal" world.

The rant about your momma, gave me the creeps! Other than this, You seem to be a really nice man, and sorry that I cannot totally agree with you on certain things! I'm an African Amer woman - straight, and you're a gay white man. No matter what YOU exp in life - our exp will always, be different - no comparison (sorry)!, however, people are going to be nice or nasty - this is life. Just keep doing you, and respect other people aversions without becoming so "miffed" Regarding the airline - IMO Spirit (unfortunately) is the worst airline that I've flown - never again! This was due to a "re route" situation, but working /flying on that contraption only adds more fuel to the fire (of distaste). I think if you (your personality, and preference) worked as an FA on (say) Lufthansa, Delta or. (even) Virgin - you may not exp such ignorance?? Maybe you should look into applying with a more dignified airline, just to alleviate the drama in this part of your life . Fly safe✈🌸
