A Two Night Adventure In The Cambrian Mountains- Summit Camping and A Bothy Stay At Moel Prysgau.

After nearly a year away, it was great to be back in The Cambrian Mountains, an often overlooked part of Wales.
On this trip, I would enjoy a two night adventure into some very wild and remote countryside. My first night would see me summit camping on the second highest mountain in the area. Conditions were great and the views incredible.
On day two, I would spend much of the day hiking through dramatic valleys to reach Moel Prysgau Bothy set deep in the Mid Wales wilderness.
The final leg of my journey had me tackling fallen trees in a conifer plantation, near endless bog and fords.
It was a great trip in an area I just seem to love more and more every time I visit.
