yeah i am considering getting a resin printer this year to try out. for the moment my micro extruder is getting me by, but resin would likely do a bit better

Hello! I found your channel looking for info on movement rings and quartz movements, but for different watches. Focusing on the quartz movement, my Uncle by lifelong family acquaintance sent me his mom's vintage Timex, but the movement doesn't run even with a new battery. I've looked everywhere and went to local jeweler watchmaker to get any helpful info on knowing how to replace the original movement with possibly an aftermarket version. The watchmaker was pretty disappointing, just said the parts are no longer available and sent me on my way. There's gotta be an interchangeable current version. It's a Timex Y481A-22 Two Jewel movement. I don't know how to size it or what I'm looking for to find a replacement. Also, the 22 is confusing: is that possibly the diameter of the hand post? Reason I ask is because I found a movement on eBay that has the exact identification except it has 21, not 22, in the part number. Any help or info would be much appreciated, any at all. Hi! I just got in to building my own watch. need some help with selecting the right dial. watch cases recommend the dial size is 38.5~39.0mm. does it have to either be a 38.5mm dial or 39mm dial. or! lol. any thing between a 38.5~39.0mm dial? thanks. im new to this

should fit anything between, 38.5 and 39. 0.5mm isn’t that much variation for a dial. but that depends on the tolerances of the manufacturer that says it fits that size range.
