Tom you should have a fabricator make you a pair of fork extensions if you know anybody that can weld it's pretty easy to make a set of fork extensions that way you don't have to have your guys stand on the mats when you're loading them..... If you were closer to me I would have made them and gave them to you...

A lot of people think a ram 5500 connected to a 14k trailer with skid steer on it don’t need a cdl, cause if went on scale it won’t weigh 26,000 lbs

Why would he get ticketed everything he has on the truck trailer and the machine is tied down properly it's all legal and you don't need a CDL four what he is pulling and that's a ram 4500 .......

@@chriskelley6939you’re mistaken. 14,000 GVWR trailer attached to anything with a GVWR above 12k needs a CDL. The rating total is what gets you in trouble, not the load hauled. In this instance, a 5500/550 has a GVWR of 19,500 plus a 14k trailer puts you well above the 25,999 threshold.
