Lauren Singer is a great resource for learning about how to use less plastic! I’m not sure how she makes her but I always make mine with a cup of oats, and then I just eyeball some almond milk but I’d say about a cup and then a scoop of chia seeds. That’s always my base and then I’ll add fruit or cinnamon and it the morning I normally put some agave syrup/honey on it and fresh fruit

I think I realized that before, but forgot about it until now lol. I’m also realizing that “madam” is a palindrome, which means it’s spelled the same way forward as it is backward. I’ve been using the word madam in my KZbin comments for years and never realized it until now.
