i dunno man..im 40. have a serious injury which pretty much prevents me from learning some moves which i really wanted in this bboy life.

Sometimes it is worth it to incoperate calisthenics in your training. It does not only strengthen you for breaking, it is also something you can do, if extrem dynamic movements you cannot do anymore or whatsoever, e.g., airflaire -> handstand variations/handstand push ups. New challenges, and still doable
