Only training takes away the pain of not-training. I always feel like I don't wanna work out til I start and then I feel better

-18 = 6 days/week -24 = 4 days/week +24 = 2/3 days/week ✌️

Sometimes it is worth it to incoperate calisthenics in your training. It does not only strengthen you for breaking, it is also something you can do, if extrem dynamic movements you cannot do anymore or whatsoever, e.g., airflaire -> handstand variations/handstand push ups. New challenges, and still doable
