I can't answer for Rachel, but I love listening to the soundtrack of A Beautiful Mind! It's got no lyrics so it's not distracting, but the music is so beautiful and inspiring, it makes you feel like you're discovering some major scientific breakthrough hahaha, 11/10 would recommend!
