I'm in the UK and we have a couple of local bakeries doing well in town. Plus a new one opening up next week. This will be the 5th in a local small chain. Apparently, the other 4 shops have fantastic stuff, so looking forwards to trying something new.

Google it, the origin of these sweet pastries roots in the middle ages in the region north of France/ South of Holland what is now known as Belgium. Of course the baker in this vlog is a master that perfected his skills and created masterpieces, delicious pastries that combine European flavors and Asian flavors, no wonder he's so popular

初めてまして!! このお店は値上げをしましたか？ 材料、光熱費、資材費が軒並み値上げしてますから仕方ないと思います。 店主が一人親方だったら値上げをしないで住むけどね。 実際に値上げをせずに頑張ってる店主は少なからずいます。 上げても１０〜２０円程度だと聞いてます。 サンドイッチの売れ残りは半額以下だそうです。 人を雇用していれば値上げ率は高いでしょうね？

Most of it looked delicious. I'm just concerned that too many bad ingredients causes bad health 😢. I see it in the usa and a lot of diseases are rising like cancer, diabetes, bad arteries, heart attacks. I know traditional Japanese people never used bad products. Please be careful and don't be like countries like usa that put a lot of chemicals in food for good tasting food. I miss the innocence and healthy food I ate in Japan 30 years ago 😢.
