Korean-style strawberry mochi fries sound absolutely delicious! I love the idea of combining the chewy texture of mochi with the sweetness of strawberries. It seems like a perfect snack or dessert to enjoy at any time. I can already imagine how fun it would be to dip them in chocolate or serve them with a side of whipped cream. I see premium strawberries on those boxes, but they aren't even fully ripened. I wouldn't buy those in my shops and look for ones that are red allover. And I didn't know what mochi is, looked it up and one of the first thing I saw was choking hazard warnings? How can someone even buy this, let alone any bakery make them if there's choking hazards??
