Where is this. Urologist? Been suffering with stricture. And narrowing for yrs becuase. Of chronic catheters.. ive got the interstim now but needs replacing.

I had a dilation a month or so again and I hope it holds the stricture. I hope if I need another one that I can try Optilume. My doctor said sometimes the dilation works. Yes I had retention once and it was hellish. That was after 7 IMRT sessions and the catheter led to a paraphimosis which is another level of hell.
