You'd need to use a shopping service ^^ As I mentioned in the video, I ordered through Tenso, however I wouldn't recommend going through them if it's your first time using a shopping service, since they're not as straightforward. I recommend either DeJapan or Zenmarket-- you just need to enter the link to the item, they'll order it for you, and then ship it to you. Both sites have more detailed guides of course, but I hope this helped. Good luck! ^^

did you pay taxes? I want to buy more things from Japan but I'm always weary of having to pay import taxes (I live in Denmark btw.)

I didn't have to pay any extra fees, but customs fees are pretty rare in the US unless your item is really expensive! But I've heard of people from other countries having to pay extra taxes ;-; So there's a chance you may have to pay them. With the shipping service I used (Tenso), they allow you to declare the item cost to whatever you want it to be, so potentially you could lower the fees! I hope this helps a bit, I'm not too familiar with how it all works ^^"

I don't live in Japan; I used a package forwarding service! They give you an address in Japan which you input when ordering from the Sanrio site, and then they send the package to you (for a fee, of course). The site is called Tenso, there are lots of guides out there for it but it's quite straight-forward ^^ Good luck! ♡
