hi alyanna! I'm an avid viewer since 2018, and... I'm already in college (finally! but nah) freshman! it is draining... arts overwhelm me so much, but it is a dream of mine. seeing my block mates doing good whether its academic or art itself I get so frustrated... I felt lost. I don't know if I still love this course, but I have no back up plans in life. If I backout in arts, I don't know where to go though...

I FEEL YOU AAAA!!! i shifted out of my arts course too, but i kinda regret it now bc it wouldve been useful to really learn more art styles since i ended up taking more design related jobs for internships and jobs rather than marketing..but my marketing course also provided me more insight and skills on the creative industry i went to!!! it’s really up to you on where you want to head in the future🥲 best of luck to you!! you’ll do great wherever you go

thank u!! just by searching what kind of art style i wanted to learn through tiktok and youtube tutorials!! and get lots of inspiration from pinterest 🤗 its okay to copy while youre still learning, imo!! but i followed a tutorial on youtube to know the basics of adobe illustrator by tastytuts, i think thats where you can start :)

sorry if it seems that way recently, i don’t want to be like that 🥲 i look at the screen all day for my 9-6 job as a graphic designer & by the end of work hours, my eyes are really tired. my eyes hurt so much everyday🥲🥲🥲 i have alot of backlog footage/vlogs that i couldn’t seem to edit, as much as to want to, because i’ve been having a creative burnout (when you see my videos now compared to my old videos) cause i worked on extracurriculars nonstop even during school and the burn out is catching up now🥲 i’m always exhausted after work so i don’t want to spend my after work hours on more screen time cause editing takes alot of my time and energy :”):”( ill do better, sorry. it’s just become more enticing to edit with a sponsor because that way, my time is paid. i barely have self care time as it is, trying to juggle other things beyond work that i don’t put in the vlog. but i still vlog, i just don’t have the time to edit most of my backlog footage. i’m more active on short-form content, like IG and Tiktok cause they’re easier and faster to edit and film unlike youtube videos. please check those instead, instead of assuming things about ny life here :”)))) i am genuinely so tired everyday.
