Also FYI you can absolutely wear Converse, it’s extremely encouraged by weightlifting communities to wear Converse or other flat foot shoes if you’re going to be doing any sort of lifting to have a solid support. But if you’re running I would recommend having a more supportive running shoe, you can bring both with you and have one in your bag if you plan on doing both💗

as far as vegan ice cream, I've tried almost all of the ice cream bars and sandwiches from the brand "so delicious" and I love them. I haven't tried their pints if thats what you're looking for recs on but I can't imagine it being bad. Also, I used to get yasso ice cream bars but, from what I remember, so delicious is better.
