omg i totally get you on the limited capacity 😭 being autistic and having to go to a full shift and have to mask for the whole day, i’m so drained when i get home i don’t even have the capacity to do the things i enjoy 😩 asmr is super helpful tho to relax, and i’m so glad i found your channel! i love your style and voice!
